The Project was implemented with the objective, on the one hand, of expanding the range of teaching and technical personnel who can enjoy international mobility, taking into account that in terms of long-term mobility, our students participate in study or internship mobility through a consortium that we are part of . On the other hand, this project aimed to give more visibility to short-term mixed programs. For the Polytechnic of Leiria, these types of intensive and interdisciplinary courses add value to the curriculum, are more economical for our students, represent innovative learning approaches and above all diversify the possibilities of mobility across themes and destinations. As for teaching and technical staff, the aim was to motivate participants through their personal and professional development, by interacting with new teaching techniques, exchanging good practices, creating a good network, new partnerships, increasing internationalization numbers and finally multiply knowledge by creating new short courses.
