This mobility project is part of IPT's ECHE and is in line with the general and specific objectives of the Erasmus+ program. In a first approach the aim is to increase the number of flow of mobility among staff and students. IPT aimed to support the educational, professional and personal development of its academic communities in the fields of education and training.The ultimate objectives and also the priority ones, were to combine mobilities, the concerns of sustainable growth, quality employment and contribute to innovation and strengthening of European identity and active citizenship. The specific objectives of this project were to extend mobility to the entire academic community and to develop BIPs in priority areas: "BIP - Management out of the box" and "BIP - Conservation and restoration of architectural heritage". Both BIPs addressed the relationship between the main themes and the priority issues of the European Union, such as diversity, inclusion, green economy and sustainability and digitalization. The aim was to promote individual mobility, through its growth in terms of volume, for studies, internships, training and teaching, as well as quality cooperation structured on the pillars of innovation and creativity and also on the priority policies of the EU with regard to inclusion, digitalization, democratic values and sustainability. The satisfaction of students and staff was achieved through the increase in personal and professional enrichment provided by the mobility experience, through BIP courses focused on an innovative and differentiated approach and by expanding cooperation networks. The project was a success as it managed to mobilise, through mobility, the teams that enabled the approval of 5 Erasmus+ strategic partnerships (Heritage, Digistainability, Herit aware, Breath in and YOU THINK), 1 Erasmus Mundus Masters (IMPQ), a European university (KreativEu) and one "design measures" initiative. The project also provided the dynamisation of international classrooms, with a more comprehensive internationalisation at home and the sharing of pedagogical, scientific and academic strategies between professors from several European universities.
