Project aims: - Provide participants with opportunities for personal and professional development, fostering the consolidation of a European identity, social cohesion, and the advancement of a more sustainable Europe and world through cooperation; - Allow outgoing participants to acquire academic, professional, transversal, linguistic, and intercultural skills that add value to their training and individual growth, with an impact on their employability and the consolidation of their European identity: - Provide the community with a more diverse and inclusive environment, enriched by the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and intercultural perspectives through contact with incoming students and staff from different cultures; - Foster the development of foreign language skills among outgoing and incoming participants and the academic community in general; - Strengthen relations with partner HEIs, increasing cooperation, including in other key actions; KA1 plays a pivotal role in the internationalisation, training, and holistic development of participants, and contributes to the enhancement of the quality and competitiveness of European higher education on the global stage, and to the goals of the 2030 Agenda.
