This project, integrated into the universe of Higher Education of the Portuguese Red Cross and developed by the Escola Superior de Saúde da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa – Lisbon (ESSCVP - Lisbon), Escola Superior de Saúde Norte da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa (ESSNorteCVP) and Escola Superior de Saúde of the Portuguese Red Cross - Alto Tâmega (ESSCVP-AT), meets the common internationalization policy, (sharing the same Erasmus Charter for Higher Education) the strategic plans recommended by the institutions and the 7 fundamental principles governing the Red Cross (Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Volunteerism, Unity and Universality). Thus, by training health professionals who provide quality services, disseminate and produce relevant scientific knowledge, promoting the integration of all individuals in society, always respecting their individuality, through the implementation of this project, we set out to bring closer the relationship between academia and the job market, creating employability opportunities, consolidating networks for cooperation projects at the research level, promoting multilingualism, facilitating the digital transition and dematerialization, raising awareness about the green transition, supporting inclusion and civic and participatory involvement in democratic life.
