The Erasmus+ project has proven to be a fundamental stimulus for the realization of the institutional strategic plan of the Higher School of Education of Paula Frassinetti (ESEPF). The strategic plan (2022-2026) aims to achieve objectives that play a crucial role in enriching and enhancing educational and research activities. We highlight: a) Valorizing and disseminating existing networks of cooperation in teaching, research, and educational intervention. b) Coconstructing formative, research, and professional innovation in linguistic spaces of proximity and with international higher education institutions. The implementation of the Erasmus+ project facilitated the consolidation of existing interinstitutional relationships and the creation of new partnerships, promoting the sharing of knowledge and enriching experiences for all parties involved. This effort not only consolidated the position of our institution on the international stage but also contributed to an institutional culture of innovation and continuous learning for students, teachers, and staff, as well as strengthened applied research.
