The University of Beira Interior has an internationalisation strategy that is one of the central focuses of our institution. The following objectives have been set for the implementation of this project: - to promote of academic mobility at UBI, consolidating the University of Beira Interior's current internationalisation strategy and its commitment to diversifying the mobility of students and teaching and non-teaching staff; - to promote and guarantee the participation of all in mobility activities, particularly students with fewer opportunities; - to encourage student participation in short-term mobility, specifically in Blended Intensive Programmes; - eliminating obstacles to mobility, guaranteeing support, guidance and accompaniment for outgoing and incoming students; - guaranteeing the academic recognition of students within the established deadlines; - enhancing and strengthening strategic cooperation and internationalisation with other higher education institutions; - to strengthen European identity through greater participation of students and staff in the Erasmus+ Programme.
