By implementing this individual mobility project, UPT aimed to achieve different objectives in line with its strategic priorities, such as internationalising education, improving teaching quality and promoting employability. Through student and staff mobility and staff, UPT has extended its international partnerships, increasing its international competitiveness. The project is based on promoting intercultural understanding and European identity, contributing to social cohesion and integration, elements that have proved fundamental in building a sustainable future. In terms of specific objectives, the priority for student mobility was to ensure equity and inclusion, providing opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds and with fewer opportunities. With regard to Staff, the main objective was to strengthen institutional capacity by improving the administration and support systems for mobility programmes. Finally, it was also considered to deepen the professional preparation of students and staff in terms of promoting sustainability, in line with global objectives.
