The main objective of the project aimed at consolidating the cooperation between the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança and the partner Higher Education Institutions, particularly through the promotion of student mobility for double degree programmes, staff development on European higher education best practices, and the reinforcement of joint research and institutional capacities. The project made it possible to expand collaboration, support student and staff mobility, establish double degree agreements, and foster joint teaching and research activities, including co-supervision and joint publications. It also contributed to the internationalisation and curricular modernisation of the partner institutions, to the improvement of teaching and learning quality, and to the strengthening of scientific programmes. Among the complementary objectives were raising awareness of the Erasmus+ programme and European Union values, promoting employability, innovation and multilingualism, encouraging intercultural exchange, and strengthening academic and institutional cooperation. Ultimately, the project represents a strategic investment for the institutions involved, fostering more inclusive, innovative, and sustainable knowledge networks.
