Objectives

Promote educational innovation through "nature-based solutions"; Promote "democratic participation in the school context", through which children/parents/guardians engage in the process of planning and implementing activities at school involving the environment; Contribute to the socio-emotional, physical-motor and artistic development of students, given that the conditioning of the physical and social space of children/students during COVID has caused negative impacts; Contribute to the development of ecologically responsible skills, values and attitudes and, consequently, to a more sustainable world; Raise the awareness of the educational community and those responsible for public policies, at local and municipal levels, about the added value of school learning in naturalized contexts; Promote cooperation and exchange of good practices between teachers and other school agents who work in schools with green environments; Promote intercultural dialogue between students from different cultures, with benefits in terms of tolerance of diversity and improvement of language skills; Promoting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
