Objectives

1. Objective: To promote the involvement, connection and empowerment of young people. Through the projects developed, and all their phases and activities, where young people were involved and participative from start to finish, we provided opportunities to produce knowledge, gain skills, foster learning, explore their talents and experiment with new dynamics as essential actions for their full development. The use of participatory methods and the intercultural context meant that the whole learning process was rich in group and contextual diversity and that the gains were easily transferable to their daily lives and their future. 2. Objective: To promote equitable and inclusive opportunities, based on non-formal and informal methodologies, to break down barriers. Through the projects developed, and all their phases and activities, where young people were involved and participative from start to finish, we provided opportunities for the inclusion of young people with and without opportunities. Firstly, we wanted to generate interaction between different backgrounds (with/without fewer opportunities) so that the learning process was effectively rich and so that everyone could see the diversity that exists in the European context and in the youth group. Secondly, for young people with fewer opportunities, we tried to create opportunities for them to take part in local and European projects and activities, ensuring that they had the support they needed to enjoy the experience. At the same time, we were fostering interculturality and a sense of European belonging, making young people closer and more interconnected in overcoming common challenges. 3. Objective: Encouraging the sharing of knowledge, practices, experiences and skills among young people and youth organizations to strengthen innovative action in the European youth context. Through the projects developed, and all their phases and activities (particularly local activities and communication and dissemination), where young people and organizations were involved and participatory from start to finish, we created dynamics for sharing, reflection, debate and co-learning so that existing opportunities could be seized and generate social impact on young people. In this way, we wanted to strengthen the participation of all parties, supporting and sustaining the processes of familiarization and integration into the local, regional, national and European community; sharing practices, methods and procedures for working with and for young people, in proximity and geared towards their needs and incorporating quality and innovative results.
