With this project we intend to create impact on young people with fewer community opportunities, by explaining the importance of various themes based on the 11 Youth Goals, and European / International importance given the international environment of the projects, and by the participation of various partner organizations from Europe and the partner countries of the Erasmus + programme. Objectives of the project: 1. Improve the level of essential skills and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities, as well as promote participation in democratic life in Europe and the labour market, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity, in particular by increasing learning mobility opportunities for youth, those working in youth animation or youth organisations and youth leaders, and by strengthening the links between the youth field and the labor market; 2. Promote quality improvements in working with young people, in particular by strengthening cooperation between youth organizations and/or other stakeholders; 3. Complement policy reforms at the local, regional and national levels and support the development of evidence-based knowledge and youth policy, as well as the recognition of non-formal and informal learning, in particular through enhanced political cooperation and better use of EU transparency and tools for recognition and dissemination of good practices; 4. Strengthen the international dimension of youth activities and enhance the capacity of the youth organisations in supporting youth in complementary with the EU's external action, in particular by promoting mobility and cooperation among stakeholders of programme country and partner organizations. The needs we want to respond to are the following: the lack of participation of young people. We link this need directly to Youth Goal 11 - YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS AND EUROPEAN PROGRAMS. Little opportunities for young people, there are young people with geographical, economic-financial, social, cultural, ethnic minorities and young NEETs, this problem is related to the Youth Goal 8 - QUALITY EDUCATION. Valorization of the interior and rural areas. This need is directly related to Youth Goal 6 - IMPULSE RURAL YOUTH. The importance of the European Union. Need linked to Youth Goal 1 - THE EUROPEAN UNION CONNECTED WITH YOUTH. Inclusion of youth and youth technicians in societies, we link to Youth Goal 3 - INCLUSIVE SOCIETIES and in 2023 we also focus on Youth Goals 4 - INFORMATION AND CONSTRUCTIVE DIALOGUE.
