A implementação de Action 6 visou dar conhecimento e capacitação a jovens com menos oportunidades, em ferramentas para os ajudar a pôr em práctica as suas ideias em busca de um desenvolvimento pessoal e profisional sustentável. Teve como objetivos principais: .- Introduzir iniciativas empreendedoras e o mercado digital como exemplos de oportunidades para o desenvolvimento profissional dos participantes. .- Debater e reflectir sobre a situação social actual e de futuro, procurando iniciativas que ajudem a melhorar as suas posições. .- Construir um melhor entendimento das áreas ruais, problemas e oportunidades que os jovens residentes enfrentam. Durante a semana de actividades também foram abordados os seguintes objetivos: .- Aumentar a consciência sobre a importância da conservação da natureza através de comportamentos “verdes”. Promover estilos de vida saudáveis, estimular a autoestima e cuidar da saúde mental. .- Incentivar à inclusão, tolerância e solidariedade entre participantes. .- Criar sentimento de diversidade cultural. .- Promover solidariedade e tolerância entre jovens europeus, envolvê-los na construcção do futuro Europeu e reforçar a capacidade de pensar criticamente e da importância de uma literacia mediática. .- Promover a mobilidade Europeia, o programa Erasmus+ e a NFE. Translation English: The implementation of Action 6 aimed to give knowledge and training to young people with fewer opportunities, in tools to help them put into practice their ideas in search of sustainable personal and professional development. Its main objectives were: .- Introduce entrepreneurial initiatives and the digital market as examples of opportunities for the professional development of the participants. .- Debate and reflect on the current and future social situation, looking for initiatives that will help improve their positions. .- To build a better understanding of the rural areas, problems and opportunities facing young residents. During the week of activities the following objectives were also addressed: .- Raise awareness about the importance of nature conservation through 'green' behaviour. .- To promote healthy lifestyles, stimulate self-esteem and care for mental health. .- Encourage inclusion, tolerance and solidarity among participants. .- To create a sense of cultural diversity. .- Promoting solidarity and tolerance among young Europeans, involving them in the construction of the European future and reinforcing critical thinking skills and the importance of media literacy. .- To promote European mobility, the Erasmus+ programme and NFE.
