The aim of this project was to promote awareness between the health of ecosystems and human health, inspiring work with Nature (biomimetics) and resorting to its systems in the search for answers to the problems we face today, when developing community work and with young people. When the ecosystem is sick, communities do not prosper and there is a greater tendency to abandon the territory. This leads to scenarios more prone to fires and desertification. With the degradation of ecosystems and rural communities, the individual and collective health of human beings becomes more fragile. This training was intended to provide experiences, exercises and the acquisition of tools focused on the reflection of "I and the other", on the creation of community ties, the sense of belonging and the relationship between individual well-being and the health of the community and ecosystem to which we belong. Throughout this project, we focused on this relationship between the individual and nature, from an integrated health perspective that meets individual needs, promotes solutions to the challenges that communities currently face and serves the regeneration of the planet as a whole. During training, this connection was explored in different dimensions, providing practical tools for maintaining individual, social and environmental health, always establishing bridges of knowledge between the various dimensions and providing moments of reflection and practice. The main objectives by which we guided ourselves were to inspire, share knowledge, instigate curiosity and experience replicable tools and behaviors after training. Focusing on the participants, we are aiming they would: Listen to their bodies and know their limits; Acquire knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective practices to maintain personal health; Gain awareness of your physical and mental state and help others to deal with challenging situations; Express themselves in a group, as free individuals, through art and energetic practices; Apply tools from a perspective of daily self-care and health maintenance; Acquire a comprehensive set of tools that will support them in imparting knowledge of permaculture design processes; Strengthen their theoretical knowledge in the field of active pedagogies; Learn new tools to work with groups and be able to use them in their projects with young people; Learn various tools for self-reflection and expression; Practice the methods and tools proposed by the facilitation team and other participants; Directly experience the implications of individual practice versus group/partner practice, allowing them to choose the appropriate setting according to the needs of the sessions they will be delivering and the audiences they will be interacting with; Analyse their facilitation practices and discover other ways of doing it through contact with others; Take a critical look at the training as such and the different modules that made it up, especially during debriefings and moments of reflection that were provided daily, as well as the intermediate and final evaluations; test their skills and new tools within the group.
