The ChangeMakers – Emerging Experience for Youth project aimed to address the challenges young people face during the transition from education to the labor market by providing them with adapted, accessible, and practical tools for personal and professional development. The project's core mission was to create a robust framework and learning toolkit that equips young people, including those with fewer opportunities, with essential skills and resources for employability, inclusivity, and active societal participation. The main objectives were: -To share new learning methods and experiments through a practical approach ("learning by doing"): Offering hands-on experiences that helped participants develop critical and transferable skills for the labor market. -To increase the community of youth (either disadvantaged or not) for a safe, fair, and accessible change: Ensuring that all participants, regardless of their background, had the opportunity to collaborate and learn in an inclusive and equitable environment. -To boost participants' values, skills, proficiency and experience by learning in an immersive lifestyle ecosystem: Promoting the development of life skills, such as digital literacy, financial literacy, teamwork, and cultural awareness, in an engaging and supportive setting. By achieving these objectives, the project sought to empower young people to better navigate the school-to-work transition and actively participate in decision-making processes that shape their future. The activities implemented were designed to ensure sustainability, inclusion, and replicability, aligning with Erasmus+ priorities and promoting long-term impacts on participants and their communities.
