Objectives

Overall Objective: -Pressingly improve the quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work by building a QS. Specific Obj: -Attract and extend the network of relations at European level, through transnational cooperation with Youth Worker and FO young people. -To encourage young people to lifelong learning, through the development of social and intercultural competences, critical thinking, and media literacy.

Background

Why we applied for this project: Motivation was the key element in obtaining an SQ to develop events in youth organizations, which introduces greater representativeness and recognition of their work in youth society, at EU/International level. Quality management improves processes and is therefore a tool that allows organizations to develop in a more systematic way. In this sense, we seek to plan, execute, monitor, and improve the quality of the organizations' work through a process of continuous improvement. Needs identified in the consortium: -Improving the conditions of the organizational environment. -Increase knowledge and develop new mechanisms and tools for action in the TJs, with positive effects on work with young people with fewer opportunities. -Promote opportunities for international mobility to share the quality criteria developed in each consortium organization. -Developing learning based on the NFE that promotes a set of LL skills. -To get to know other realities at European level to improve the quality of life of young people and young people with FO. -Promote opportunities among technicians and young people.
