Objective 1. Increase by 10% the pass percentage in the baccalaureate exam and National Assessment, until September 2023, applying the skills acquired by 14 teachers through Erasmus+ mobility. Objective 2. Decrease the number of absences by 40% for middle school and high school students, until September 2023, applying the skills acquired by 14 teachers through Erasmus+ mobility. Objective 3. Increase by 75% the number of European partnerships, projects and participations carried out by our school until September 2023. By carrying out 14 mobilities, the training of our teachers on tools for identifying institutional needs, competences in drafting, managing and implementing a European project, competences in developing the dissemination plan of results, acquisition of working methods on the implementation of non-formal education at the level of classroom teaching and management materialized, so that by exchanging good practices and implementing specific activities based on the acquisitions acquired during training courses and job-shadowing, students should have success in national exams and adaptability to the school environment.
The project Anchors of learning - harmony through non-formal education was implemented by our organization, in response to the identified educational needs, both among students and among teachers, to create a new, improved and efficient educational environment in the teaching - learning-evaluation process. The needs analysis at the level of the institution revealed poor school results of the students in the national exams, the lack of attractiveness of the courses, increased risk of dropping out due to not attending school, the lack of clear inclusion strategies for students at risk, classroom management strategies, to harmonize the class of students with the school environment, to motivate students for their educational path, to identify the tools for implementing non-formal learning programs, which would increase the attractiveness and efficiency of the teaching act. At the level of human resources, insufficient participation of teachers in international projects and partnerships was found, which would promote European cooperation in the field of education in our school.
