Through this project, we want to improve teaching skills in the multicultural space in the next 2 years by acquiring innovative teaching strategies. We aimed to develop the necessary skills to deal with the integration of Syrian and Ukrainian children who will be more motivated to go to school and discover their skills to integrate into the labor market in the future. We want to discover active, modern, innovative methods, because, today, the methods used by most teachers are classic, formal and do not suit students of other nationalities. Through this project, I learned alternative pedagogical methods of teaching, I created a learning environment free of stereotypes and discrimination based on gender, nationality, religion, ethnicity. Migration is a worldwide phenomenon, and the European continent is no exception: European countries are countries of origin, transit and destination, in different proportions.
