We applied for this project, because we wanted to incorporate a European dimension to our educational plans, both in educational innovation, methodological change and creation of the classroom of the future, as well as in our plans to develop a sustainable school committed to the environment. It was an opportunity for students, teachers and families, to open ourselves to Europe, learn to collaborate in the achievement of shared goals, based on both virtual and face-to-face communication, developing linguistic and digital skills, to enable discussions in the search for solutions, to build opinions and be aware of our behaviors and their consequences, to learn to make responsible decisions with the horizon of the 2030 Agenda. This project helped us to open the classroom to other schools and countries, learn about other educational systems, other cultures, learn to value inclusion, and promote respect and tolerance.
