The objectives of the project were: Developing the skills for 2 teachers from our school to create a sense of well-being through non-formal activities for an inclusive education and Developing the skills for managing conflicts in the student class through non-formal activities for 2 teachers from our school for an inclusive education. These objectives aimed at: the fight against bullying, providing a secure and harmonious environment conducive to the personal development of students, creating and maintaining a well-being of all students in the classroom, finding methods adapted to each conflict situation, activities and techniques -formal for the inclusion of students, working in a team and transforming the group of students into a team, collaborative work and reducing the phenomenon of bullying, learning mediation, negotiation and conflict management techniques and applying non-formal activities based on theater as inclusive activity. , then these activities should be valued and transferred to other colleagues from the school and from other schools. A large part of our students come from vulnerable groups and it is very difficult to maintain the positive behavior learned from daily activities
Buciumi Secondary School No. 1 is a school located in the countryside with 22 teaching staff and 295 students, divided into 11 classes, aged between 3 and 15 years. The students come from disadvantaged and unstable social backgrounds, which led to a deficient education that generated conflicts in the school. For these reasons, the teachers in our school needed to be trained in the management of the class of students and to learn new methods and techniques of negotiation and mediation in order to be able to find the right solutions to prevent conflicts and to intervene successfully. in cases of aggression.
