Regarding objective 1, we proposed and achieved: the acquisition of 5 conflict management methods and techniques learned by the teachers involved, the training of 32 teachers in the use of the methods in the ADS context, 3 mini-guides: prevention and combating violence, managing conflicts and strengthening the school-community relationship, proactive attitude of teachers towards the implementation of new conflict resolution strategies, the development of 2 activities through the cooperation of two teachers from different disciplines, the creation of 6 portfolios per month, the decrease absenteeism by 10% within the ADS program, in each year of implementation (in the second year a decrease of 20% is observed). Related to ob. no. 2, we proposed: the involvement of students through at least two initiatives to improve the activity, at least 50% of those who are also parents of students with behavioral disorders participating in at least two joint activities with students and teachers, at least one activity extra/monthly counseling. Verbal violence and undesirable behaviors we proposed to significantly reduce through objective no. 3. We proposed a 20% decrease in recorded cases of verbal violence.
In the Corbii Mari School, during the period 2018-2021, we ran ADS primary level programs and lower secondary, for 70 beneficiaries, and from 2022 we are educating two groups of ADS within the project POCU/736/6/1/134581.In this context, I identified Erasmus as an opportunity for visible improvement of the educational act.Following a Swot analysis carried out by the Commission for evaluation and quality assurance for 6 months, after the completion of the ADS program for the 70 trainees, it was found that a significant percentage (>50%) of the target group had harmful behaviors, verbal violence, attitude of rejection and inappropriate language towards some teaching staff, as well as the lack of appropriate techniques/methods for working with them, the aggravation of this problems affecting in the medium term the quality of the program and in the long term the prestige of the school. At the time of submitting the application, the ADS program was implemented very little in DB county, and in the country we did not identify through appropriate training programs for the need identified at the institutional level. In the implementation,I benefited from the support of the person in charge of the National Agency and the inspector of ISJ DB
