By implementing this project, we aimed to achieve the following objectives: O.1 - Developing the competences of teaching staff to use innovative teaching strategies by involving them in learning activities in the period 2022-2024 O2- Developing the skills of teaching staff to design and implement outdoor activities by involving them in learning activities in the period 2022-2023 O3- Developing the skills of teaching staff to design activities for the cultivation of well-being in the school, by participating in learning activities in the period 2022-2023
The period of the pandemic and the online school revealed the need to build and develop at the school level an organizational culture based on collaboration, trust, respect, mutuality, well-being", in accordance with the strategic targets included in the P.D.I. 2022-2026. It was found , after the online school experience, that the students need time spent together in an educational way, they need remedial hours, but it turned out that the teachers needed to learn new work methods, skills to design activities school and extracurricular education, so as to contribute to the achievement of these targets. The new ARACIP evaluation standards pay special attention to the concept of well-being in school, but many teachers were not familiar with it and did not show concern and interest in its cultivation, we thought they could benefit from the opportunity of international training courses.
