1. Improving academic results for at least 25% of students at risk of academic failure under the guidance of participating teachers by the end of the project. 2. Developing specific competencies in inclusive education in a non-formal context for at least 3 class master teachers in the school over the next 2 years. 3. Increasing the ability to use digital learning applications in the teaching process by 30% of the school's teachers by the end of the project. 4. Developing teaching competencies in an outdoor context for at least 2 teachers in the school over the next 2 years. First and foremost, it should be noted that these objectives have been revised according to the recommendations of the National Agency, as there were some errors in the initial drafting. In this project, our goal is to improve students' results by stimulating motivation for learning and adapting teaching methods to their needs, including non-formal and outdoor education. Additionally, we aim for teachers to enhance their teaching styles by utilizing digital applications, with the purpose of influencing students' technology usage skills for learning.
The project started from our school's need to enrich its experience in the field of inclusive education. The challenges posed by the pandemic revealed that many of the teachers in our school encountered difficulties in making teaching accessible to students during this period, which was reflected in the students' academic performance and a decrease in their interest and participation in school activities. Many students did not adapt to online teaching because both they and the teachers had limited skills in using technology for learning purposes. Following the administration of questionnaires, we identified the students' need for teachers to provide varied, engaging, and tailored educational activities to meet their needs and interests. Therefore, within the project, we aimed to enhance these skills of inclusive teaching by participating in courses focusing on non-formal education, digital education, and education outside the classroom, as well as activities aimed at increasing students' motivation for learning. This was achieved through participation in the three courses and the activity with the invited expert.
