For O2- digital educational materials, digital assessment modalities, digital storytelling apps and tools were used, and students were guided in the use of 21st century digital tools. For O3 - course participants acquired new skills, strategies and methods for integrating students with ASD, learned the symptoms of Down syndrome, ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, depression, autism. For O4- the participants improved their English communication skills, their skills about educational systems in other countries, involved the school in other European projects submitted to subsequent calls.

Background

The project was developed and implemented as designed. The needs of the project were driven by the challenges of the Covid -19 pandemic and the changes it required. On the other hand, our school has not had any ERASMUS project so far and the need to increase the European dimension was one of the objectives of the management. The need to train teachers in order to achieve a quality educational act appropriate to the new challenges has been solved through the implementation of this project. The institutions providing the courses and the way they were run led to the participants acquiring new skills and techniques useful in their teaching activity. After the courses, all the participants carried out dissemination activities, demonstration activities and used the acquired knowledge both in the classroom, giving their pupils a different way of conducting lessons, in the subjects they teach, and in their relations with parents. During the implementation of the project, the course providers offered real support, both before the course, during the course and after the end of the course, being in permanent and efficient contact.
