We consider that all the objectives of the project have been achieved. The first proposed objective was the development of the digital skills of the teaching staff and the results obtained as a result of the project were realized in the creation of a digital library with educational resources adapted to preschoolers made by the mobility participants, as well as the large share of the use of digital education in the daily activity with preschoolers . The second objective was to increase the motivation and level of know-how among teaching staff, realized by increasing the number of participants in another submitted Erasmus project. The third objective, increasing the degree of awareness among parents of the use of digital education in kindergarten, was achieved through the interest and number of participants present at the proposed activities. The last objective of the project, increasing the European dimension of the kindergarten, was achieved through the partnerships concluded with other educational institutions from 2 European countries and the interest of others for the development of future partnerships.
The "Innovation in education in the digital era" project was submitted with the aim of developing digital skills of both the direct beneficiaries, the preschoolers and their parents, as well as the teaching staff. the creation of digital educational resources adapted to preschoolers and the implementation and use of digital education in the daily activity with preschoolers were also pursued. The head of the Commission for Erasmus projects in our unit took the initiative to submit a project with European funding after surveying the teachers in the unit. In writing and implementing the project, a work team eager for change and development was formed. The good practices and knowledge gained after participating in the mobility were shared among colleagues and parents in the unit. The dissemination of the project was done among the colleagues in Buzau, at the pedagogical circles, training courses at the Summer Kindergarten where both teaching staff and parents of other children from the county were involved, but also through various local events: fairs, exhibitions, visits , televised meetings.
