The Erasmus+ project, Profesori instruiti pentru o generatie europeana, was implemented between November 2022 and April 2024. This project was based on the needs identified at the level of the institution, both through the school's strategic documents and through the questionnaires addressed to teachers, with the aim of to be established, before the beginning of each school year, the priorities for improving the quality of the teaching-learning process. Following the interpretation of the questionnaires and the observations of the CEAC members, it was found that, at the level of our high school, there is no integrated digital approach to the didactic activity to meet the current needs of the students and the institution, that the teachers, especially the leading teachers, needed to and develop the skills to work with students from disadvantaged groups because there is not enough understanding of the programs and methods of integration of students from disadvantaged backgrounds and that, unfortunately, in our institution there are no strategies that can be used to solve problems arising from bullying. All these shortcomings led to the need to implement an Erasmus+ project.
