The project "EUROPEAN TEACHER FOR LICEUL TEHNOLOGIC AUTO" aimed to:Ensure a modern and safe educational environment within the Auto Technological High School,both by increasing the quality of the educational act and by combating inappropriate behavior within the school and outside it,through the participation of 18 teachers on Erasmus+ courses,in the period 2022-2023. Through this project,3 major objectives were fulfilled: 1. Increasing the attractiveness of physical and online lessons by developing the digital skills of 6 teachers, by participating in an Erasmus+ course with a digital theme 2.Improving the school environment in LICEUL TEHNOLOGIC AUTO, through the training of 6 teachers, through European courses in the field of managing the bullying phenomenon 3. Modernization of at least 20% of the lessons taught in the school, through the STEM approach, by training the mathematical and basic skills in science and technology of 6 teachers, in a STEM course In addition, the following were obtained: -improving the educational act -the development of the internationalization of the school's activity -changing mentalities -increasing the prestige of the school -adding value -popularizing the Erasmus+ program -personal development
LICEUL TEHNOLOGIC AUTO is a high school with a technical profile from Craiova, Dolj,which provides training in the automotive, mechanical, electrical, electronic and vocational sports fields, in 21 modern rooms equipped with 120 laptops, 12 laboratories, 7 offices and 6 workshops, where you learn 1221 students. Taking into account Priority 4 from PAS2020-2025 - The MIE manager and the management team carried out a needs analysis through questionnaires and SWOT and PEST analyses, from which the following emerged as needs: - few teachers have digital skills, a fact that led to real problems for online education and generated unattractive lessons - the accelerated increase in the number of cases of bullying and violence in school - the notions of interdisciplinarity and application in different contexts do not exist - imperfect teachers from 2015 - not using the 120 existing laptops Thus, through the European Development Plan of LTA, it was decided as a way to solve these needs, the application through the Erasmus+ program for a project through which teachers will be trained both in the direction of the use of computers and new types of education,respectively STEM,as well as in the direction of managing the phenomenon of violence.
