By implementing the project we wanted to achieve the following objectives: - develop competences to create content and design teaching strategies for 6 teachers who attended courses and develop skills in using educational platforms in the teaching process for 4 teachers who take part in job shadowing activities. Our wish was teachers to confidently use digital tools and educational platforms and to get a larger number of technology-based activities, so that students can be more satisfied with the use of technology in class.
During the pandemic we all realized the importance of technology in teaching. In order to find out what the needs were in our school in terms of using technology in class, we asked both students and teachers. Analyzing the students' feedback we noticed that most of them were not satisfied with the number of technology-based activities. In an analysis concerning teachers' needs, we concluded they needed training in order to make use of digital tools and educational platforms effectively and creatively. This is why the team has decided submitting the current project and there was access to the training events that resulted in an increase in the number of technology-based activities in curricular and extra-curricular activities.
