The first objective our project was to improve and expand the digital assessment skills of the institution's teachers, this was achieved by acquiring new skills and accumulating the necessary skills and knowledge to use eTests on the Google and MS Teams platforms. The objective was also to reduce the level of stress associated with online tests. The second objective was the development of digital materials for online assessment and digital didactic games. This objective resulted from the pertinent need to integrate the digital environment in the teaching-learning-evaluation process. Another benefit of this objective was the possibility of providing feedback in real time, contributing to the consolidation of knowledge and facilitating the evaluation process for learning. Those resources were used by each participant in at least two classes by the end of the project. The teachers participating in the two training courses successfully used the acquired knowledge during the lessons. The Canva, Padlet, Slido, Stop motion pictures, Chat Gpt presentations were very popular among the students.
The main objective of our high school is the promotion of a modern education, with the aim of training students as people with integrity, promoting humanist values in society. This objective, as well as the obvious gaps in terms of innovative and digital evaluation methods, generated the pertinent need for participation in this project. In the context of the expansion of online and hybrid education, a questionnaire was conducted to evaluate the experience of colleagues with these methods. From its analysis, weak points were also identified, such as the motivation and involvement of students in the online school environment, the difficulty of monitoring progress and the correct evaluation of knowledge were the obvious motivation in writing and submitting our project. Through this participation, opportunities were highlighted such as partaking in training courses, sharing experiences by organizing workshops, , identifying good practice models and participating in Erasmus+ mobility projects. It has become necessary to train teachers with contemporary and innovative tools to meet the students' requirements, integrating innovative evaluation tools to provide real results.
