Objectives

1. The development of the skills necessary for sustainable environmentally responsible practices for 28 students with the electrician specialization by making some maintenance works of solar panels. 3. Increasing the level of insertion in the work field of mechanical and electrical students after completing the practical internship by acquiring new digital skills and sustainable practices. 4. Adaptation of the school curriculum of the XI class in the mechanical and electrical field to the European quality standards of vocational education, by creating a CDL on the project topic starting from 2022. 5. Internationalization of the school and the promotion of European values in our institution. 6. Supporting the integration of students with reduced opportunities in training courses abroad

Background

The project is aimed at students from vocational education, electrical (electrician) and high school, mechanical (maintenance and repair technician), class XI, level 3. Our school, located in the countryside, faces the following challenges: 1. Lack of International Involvement: The rural location and the lack of international projects lead to a decrease in the number of students who choose our school, preferring institutions in cities. 2. Absence of Developed Local Industry: The lack of a developed industry in our area affects the possibilities of students to practice in factories or companies, limiting their practical experience. 3. Sustainability and Environmental Protection: European industry focuses on sustainability, but these aspects are not sufficiently covered in the mechanical and electrical school curriculum. 4. High Unemployment Rate Among Graduates (35%): This is due to lack of skills and adaptation to market demands. The aim of the project is to prepare students for professional challenges and improve their chances on the labor market.
