Through the participation of the 21 students in the internship in Thessaloniki, Greece, the development of professional skills and competences was pursued and achieved, facilitating the increase of insertion on the labor market by 5%, compared to last year. In the current context of the requirements of the economic agents, the students participating in the project have responded to the demands imposed by them, making the chance to be recruited much easier, in the field of economics and gastronomy, fruitful. Also, following the experience from the project, the 21 students improved their cultural experience, by connecting with another culture and civilization and the linguistic one, through the conversation in English. By carrying out this project, our school obtained increased recognition at the local and regional level, which led to the formation of the 9th classes with ease, to the qualifications Technician in economic activities and Technician in gastronomy. Following the mobility, the two objectives were successfully achieved.
