1. Raising the technical skills level for 30 VET trainees in the field of professional training: training Economics/ Technician in economics activities qualification/Level 4, Commerce/Technician in trade activities qualification /Level 4, Electronics/Automation/Technician operator in computing qualification/Level 4, Tourism and food /Waiter(waiter)seller in food establishments qualification /Level 3 through Erasmus + European mobility; 2. Increasing by 10 % the number of students with improved professional performance and progress in carrying out tasks at the workplace, VET trainees from families with financial difficulties and recognition of learning results through certification –obtaining Europass Mobility Document, achieving social inclusion targets through Erasmus + VET mobility, communication and linguistic skills, integration into a new European socio-cultural environment, access to European heritage values; 3. Increasing the level of internationalization of Sebes Technological Highschool through European partnerships for learning at the workplace in fields of Economics, Commerce, Electronics/Automation and Tourism and Food, facilitating the European partnerships with 5 companies from Spain.
The Erasmus+ project with the title COMPETENCE AND PERFORMANCE ON THE EUROPEAN LABOUR MARKET created opportunities for the school's internationalization through European VET mobility partnerships, for the improvement of professional skills through workplace learning for 30 trainees, with local and regional impact in Alba County. The mobility activities in Spain were aimed at the areas of professional training Economics/ Technician in economics activities qualification/Level 4, Commerce/Technician in trade activities qualification /Level 4, Electronics/Automation/Technician operator in computing qualification/Level 4, Tourism and food /Waiter(waiter)seller in food establishments qualification /Level 3. The project pursued the inclusion and diversity of disadvantaged students, by increasing the international dimension of education and training. The mobility participants came from the Sebes city, from 11 neighboring municipalities and from other areas of Alba County. Over 65% of the students commute from over 10 km away and over 30 % of the students came from poor, single-parent families, disadvantage areas and families, with social inclusion difficulties. The project took place between 06/01/2022-09/30/2023
