This project is part of Key Action 1 (KA131) of the Erasmus+ Programme 2022-2023 involving the development of mobility projects in higher education. The main objectives of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca related to the mobility of students and staff aimed at increasing the quantity and quality of the mobilities performed, which was achieved thanks to the organizational effort of the Erasmus + Office and of all persons engaged in the selection, monitoring, equivalence and administration processes. Despite all the post-pandemic problems, despite the invalidation of some agreements, students' enthusiasm for carrying out mobilities increased, so the related collaboration targets were achieved, noting the higher number of mobilities for study with the member universities of the EUt+ consortium. A balanced ratio was maintained in terms of distribution by specialisation and by sex. Unfortunately, the desired increase in the number of teachings mobilities has not been achieved, some activities continuing online. Similarly, the situation of students placement mobilities is presented, even here the proposed target has not been reached. However, the internationalization objectives of UTCN related to the program have been achieved.
