The implementation of this project meant the continuation of UAV's participation in the Erasmus+ program, through KA 131 action, focused on the mobility of students, teaching and non-teaching staff. The project, by organizing and undertaking the mobility of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, aimed to increase the degree of internationalization of the institution, by: increasing the number of participants; increasing the visibility of our university in the European academic system; promoting the educational offer and the research capacity of UAV in the European educational territory; development of partnerships with universities and companies from abroad; establishing new collaborations; knowing the opportunities offered by higher education institutions in Europe and acquiring didactic and scientific know-how; promoting our own programs; exposing students and teaching staff to different experiences and teaching styles; supporting students in acquiring learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences), which lead to their personal and professional development, to involvement as active and responsible citizens in society, and to increasing their chances of employment on the labor market; supporting the professional development of teaching and non-teaching staff to innovate and improve the quality of the teaching process and the activities carried out in the administrative departments.
