UMF IASI considers an international experience to be beneficial for the personal and professional development of students, teachers and administrative staff. Thus the university creates opportunities for enhancing (shaping) connections - personal and/or academic - to thrive, and for the beneficiaries to gain intercultural, digital, multidisciplinary and multi-cultural competences to strengthen transversal skills. In addition, it aims to improve career prospects and create academic excellence through knowledge exchange across borders. The objectives for the implementation of this project were: Institutional level - To strengthen the increase in the number of beneficiaries/learners with the aim of creating global citizens. - Strengthening and creating academic cooperation between UMF Iasi and partner institutions. - Strengthening adaptability, open-mindedness and self-confidence. European Level - Increasing beneficiaries' awareness and involvement in the EU by connecting them through mobility. - Strengthening EHEA by raising the profile of UMF as a global entrepreneurial partner in innovation, education and research.
