Through the implementation of this project, it is expected to obtain benefits for students, staff and also for UNITBV, benefits which will lead to great achievements for Romanian society as well. We can summarize some of the expected results, of which, the most important are: - for students: increased employment opportunities and greatly improved career prospects, the development of the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship, the increase of selfesteem, the development of language skills, a better awareness of interculturality and global diversity. - for staff: improved academic skills, related to their professional profiles (teaching, training), a wider understanding of other education systems, better quality of their work and activities in favor of students, increased opportunities for professional and career development, improvement of language skills, development of new courses/teaching methods. - for UNITBV: increased capacity to operate at the EU/international level: improved management skills and internationalization strategies, consolidated cooperation with partners from other countries, increased allocation of financial resources (other than EU funds).
