Dunarea de Jos University of Galati (acronym UDJG) targeted and achieved the following objectives: a) SMS/SMT: to develop general and transversal competences; to improve theoretical knowledge, practical skills and overall performance; become familiar with a multilinguistic and multicultural environment. b) STA/STT: to increase the quality of the teaching process by stimulating the academics' interest for exchanges of expertise and good practices; to stimulate their interest to initiate and participate in research projects or projects for strategic partnership and capacity building in higher education; to raise awareness of the importance of increasing the capacity for effective curricula design; to improve overall performance and teaching competence and expertise; to raise the quality and efficacy of the administrative services of UDJG.
