The Erasmus mobility project is part of the University's internationalization plan, which aims to develop and increase the number of mobility abroad for students and teaching staff. The deployment of Erasmus-type mobilities pursues several aspects: - the access of as many students as possible from all 4 faculties of the university to the mobility program - increasing the number of students benefiting from Erasmus study and placement mobility - increasing the academic performance of the participants - offering the possibility to know other medical systems with the facilitation of the organization of the future professional career in the medical field - the personal development of the participants through exposure to other cultures, habits with increasing adaptability to new situations and improving tolerance towards those around them - teachers' access to teaching and training mobility - increasing the number of teaching staff participating in such mobilities - facilitating the creation of academic and research partnerships - facilitating the organization of consortia for applying to different research projects - facilitating the publication of research results
