Project no. 2022-1-RO01-KA131-HED-000059590 for Mobility of Individuals (Key Action 1) undertaken by the University of Craiova within the Erasmus+ Programme falls within the wide context of international cooperation, as a key factor for successful positioning on the global higher education stage, as well as within the specific framework of professional training international mobilities, an essential vector in the development. The project objectives, aligned to the Erasmus+ Programme Guide and the University of Craiova’s strategic objectives in terms of internationalization, mainly referred to: supporting participants in acquiring skills to improve their professional and personal development, increasing the quality of mobilities by carefully monitoring the impact on the academic and student environment, improving intercultural awareness and comprehension skills, ensuring a better recognition of the skills acquired during the study periods abroad and attracting a higher number of incoming students. These global objectives can be divided into multiple specific objectives, whose achievement is envisaged by the numerous and varied activities.
