At George Bacovia University, Erasmus+ mobilities primarily aim to facilitate the exchange of educational, professional, and cultural experiences among participants from different European countries. The implementation of this mobility project focused on the following qualitative objectives: At the individual level: developing participants' professional, academic, and linguistic competencies, improving teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills in a multicultural environment, increasing employment opportunities and professional development, promoting intercultural learning and active citizenship, and fostering social inclusion and diversity. At the institutional level: supporting the modernization and internationalization of institutions, enhancing cooperation, and sharing best practices among participating countries. Regarding the quantitative objectives of the project, we received funding to carry out 1 SMS mobility, 1 STA mobility, and 1 STT mobility, and we successfully completed 1 STA mobility and 2 STT mobilities.
