The main goal of the Project is represented by the increase of the internationalization level as well as the academic curricula update. The objectives of the project tailored for each type of the mobility. All the objectives lead to achieving the goal. The study mobility were used by the students to have the chance to see a different teaching system, to be able to deepen their academic knowledge, spending one semester or a full academic year at one of the partner university. Besides a different teaching system the students who participated within the study mobility had the chance to improve their language competences or/and to learn in some cases a new language, to integrate in an international context, where there are more than one nationality. This allowed the students to communicate and form connections with people all over Europe. With the help of traineeship mobility, we tried to offer the students the opportunity to be prepared for the moment when they will have a job. Moreover, for the students enrolled master programs, the traineeship mobility offered the opportunity to have the analysis within the doctoral program or for final thesis defense in universities or private organizations. For the PhD students whose interest in this type of mobility was higher in this project (17) compared with the previous one (7). The PhD students had the possibility have accomplished a part of the practical activity from the home university curricula or individual doctoral program. For the students who applied for recent graduate mobility the goal was to offer them a continuity, as the majority of the graduates cannot find a job right away, therefore the traineeship mobility may be the work experience they need in order to get a job. For the academic staff, training mobility designed especially for the non-teaching staff (laboratory and administrative staff) it offered the possibility to exchange experience, train ort be trained in the domain in which they are active. For he teaching staff mobility, they had as an objective the improvement of the curricula and teaching methods, by adapting the methods to the actual needs, to see the differences in the teaching methods and what can be improved. Of course, all types of mobility can be a confirmation of the value the participants have. The opportunities of teaching, training, study or traineeship offered, may represent for some participants a real chance to see a different working technique, to do the practical part, to be trained or train the others on different mechanisms or work protocols. Regardless the type of mobility, one of the objectives is to form professional connections, which may serve as base for new projects.
