Aligned with the objectives of the Erasmus Charter 2021-2027 and with our internationalization strategy, this project mainly aimed at increasing academic mobility and developing valuable skills for the labor market. By implementing this project, we offered our students the opportunity to develop international skills, to learn from the best examples and to get integrated into a multicultural academic environment. The project contributed to increasing the attractiveness of our study programs and to better preparing our graduates for the global labor market. The implementation of this project generated a series of important transformations at the level of our institution. First of all, we witnessed an improvement in the quality of the education process, by updating the curriculum and integrating new innovative pedagogical methods, we managed to create a more inclusive and open academic environment, in which diversity is valued and encouraged. Through academic mobility, we managed to improve the quality of our study programs and offer students and teaching staff unique opportunities for professional development. By increasing the mobility of students, teaching staff and other categories of staff, we managed to internationalize the study programs and adopt good practices in the teaching, learning and evaluation processes. Also, the increase in academic mobility facilitated the exchange of best practices with our international partners, which led to a progressive internationalization of our study programs, succeeding in creating a more inclusive and open academic environment. This project had a significant impact on our university, materialized in the improvement of the curriculum, the consolidation of international relations through the creation of new partnerships, the modernization of the educational process and the creation of a dynamic and performing academic environment. Regarding the impact on the staff, the project offered teachers and staff opportunities for professional development by participating in mobility programs and specialized trainings. This experience led to an increase in the digital and linguistic skills of the staff, as well as to a better adaptation to the requirements of a dynamic and competitive academic environment.
