The main objective of the project 2022-1-RO01-KA131-HED-000063256 was the exchange of students and teaching staff with European universities and partners with equivalent or complementary study programs, in order to acquire the competences regarding adaptation to new study programs, internships and teaching techniques as they are carried out at similar universities. The project greatly contributed to increasing the visibility of UTCB on the international education field. The developed mobilities created real bridges between the Romanian education system and various other high-performing systems of education, and the participants integrated without problems in higher education institutions from the partner countries. Activities carried out within the project have also contributed to the fulfillment of one of the main objectives of the strategic internationalization plan of the university, increasing UTCB's visibility domestically and internationally. Participation in the program has had a positive impact on students and academic communities, and it's continuation for years to come will definitely bring major benefits professionally and culturally.
