The Erasmus+ program is integral to UAUIM's internationalization strategy, aligning with its 2020-2024 Strategic Plan. This initiative serves multiple purposes, including aligning curricula for future global employment, showcasing UAUIM's position in a European and global network. The project's objectives focused on increasing academic exchanges, developing partnerships worldwide, and cultivating existing ones. Despite challenges posed by the simultaneous management of several projects for mobilities during the implementation period, we successfully absorbed 96,48% of the allocated budget. Participant selection adhered to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, recognizing academic performance, language skills, and student preferences. The existence of an academic degree in English represents one of the bases on which lie many of the internationalization actions and the strategic objectives assumed by our institution. A sustained effort has been made to comply with the new digitools for managing mobilities, as well as the integration of the Inter-institutional agreements and Learning Agreements with the Eramus Without Papers.
