In accordance with the internationalization strategy, this project was successfully integrated, exceeding initial expectations and achieving a series of ambitious objectives. It not only fully absorbed the allocated funds but also significantly contributed to the expansion and diversification of international mobility and collaborations, thus supporting the university's development on a global scale. 1. Increase in international mobility: One of the remarkable outcomes of this project was the significant increase in international mobility, both for students and academic and administrative staff. This increase allowed broader participation in learning, teaching, and training activities, providing valuable opportunities for professional and personal development. The number of mobilities has steadily grown, reflecting a growing interest in international interactions and demonstrating the effectiveness of the internationalization strategy implemented at USVT. 2. Diversification of destinations and participants: International mobilities covered a wide range of destinations, from European countries to destinations outside Europe, contributing to the expansion of USVT's international partnership network. Additionally, there has been considerable diversification in the profile of participants, including not only students and professors from traditional study fields but also emerging areas. The project included both long-term mobility and an increased number of short-term mobilities, offering more options for participants and adapting to their specific needs. 3. Increase in the number of partner companies for internships: The project had a major impact on internship opportunities for students by expanding the number of partner companies and organizations. Students gained access to new internship placements both abroad and locally, in renowned companies. This diversification of partnerships facilitated better integration of students into the labor market and contributed to the development of practical skills needed in their professional careers. Additionally, students benefited from a diverse and dynamic environment, allowing them to familiarize themselves with international standards in their field of study. 4. Impact on learning and professional development: International mobility had a profound impact on the educational process, contributing to the development of intercultural competencies, improving the quality of research, and strengthening academic collaborations. Students gained practical experience, technical skills, and specialized knowledge by participating in learning and research activities at partner universities and institutions. Furthermore, faculty members benefited from new professional development opportunities through participation in teaching and training activities in international settings. 5. Strengthened international partnerships: Through this project, USVT successfully consolidated and expanded existing international partnerships, establishing new connections with universities, institutions, and companies from various countries. These collaborations facilitated the exchange of best practices, access to academic resources, and innovation in education and research. Strengthening these partnerships contributed to increasing USVT's competitiveness at the international level. 6. Increased international visibility: Thanks to this Erasmus+ project, USVT's visibility on the international stage increased considerably.
