The project Learning Mobility of Individuals in the higher education field, within the Erasmus+ Program, was developed, implemented and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the institutional contract concluded between the University (IULS, formerly known as UASVM Iasi) and the Romanian National Agency for Community Programs in the Field of Education and Vocational Training (NACPFEVT), taking into account the university's strategy for internationalization, as a major way to promote European-level higher education, which ensures the development of a modern and efficient society, based on knowledge, as stipulated by the University Charter, the Erasmus+ Charter and the European Policy Declaration. The project objectives were the following: * increasing the number of partner institutions * increasing the number of outbound students * increasing the number of inbound students * participation of the teaching staff and technical staff in mobilities * establishing and observing the most objective criteria for the selection of mobility participants * a better visibility of the activity of the Erasmus+ Office for more effective information and communication for mobility participants * ensuring more favourable conditions for the inclusion of inbound students in the academic and socio-cultural environment of the university.
