The fourth academic mobility project dedicated to the countries participating in the Erasmus+ program came as a natural follow-up to the KA103 mobility projects carried out in 2019 and 2020, respectively KA131 2021, at "Mihai Viteazul" National Intelligence Academy (ANIMV). Internationalization must be seen as a long-term objective, with successive developments and accumulations, which are to be achieved in the short and medium term, in terms of the funding opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program. Therefore, the objectives pursued within the KA131 2022 mobility project, a new stage in the development of the international dimension of ANIMV, are aligned with those stated in the Erasmus Guide and those established at the time of submitting the application for the Erasmus Charter. Therefore, we believe that our institution has managed to achieve the following objectives: (1) promote lifelong learning by supporting four participants to improve the level of key competences (professional, cultural, linguistic); (2) increase the visibility of our institution among the European university community and exchanging good academic practices with other higher education institutions with similar profiles through four mobilities and one working visit at the Jagiellonian University from Krakow, Poland; (3) promote diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities and excellence by organizing 4 mobilities - a teaching, a training and two traineeships; (4) improve the international dimension of vocational education and training through a better understanding of the practices, policies and education systems in the partner countries, thus contributing to the strengthening of a European Education Area; (5) increase the capacity to offer competitive study programs based on the current dynamics and needs of students by introducing new disciplines - ongoing; (6) strengthen the efforts to digitize the learning and teaching process, in a lingua franca, for a better adaptation to the requirements of the digital age - ongoing; (7) foster and expand the previously established relations with higher education institutions and create new opportunities for training and promoting the accumulated knowledge through projects that will be submitted under other key actions. We believe that the objectives have been achieved through the four mobilities that were organized, as well as through the working visit made at the Jagiellonian University; some of the objectives (points 5 and 6), particularly those aimed at changes in the curriculum, will be materialized starting with the academic year 2025-2026.
