The main aim of our project was to develop key competences among participants to promote active participation in the community and decision-making processes. Our objectives focused on encouraging environmentally friendly behaviors, facilitating social inclusion of young people, and combating discrimination. Additionally, we aimed to foster entrepreneurial skills and integration into the labor market, contributing to the creation of a future generation of social entrepreneurs, reducing socio-economic disparities between rural and urban areas, and addressing rural-to-urban migration among youth by providing inclusive opportunities for disadvantaged and rural youth. The project also had the aim of strengthening the youth sector in Dambovita region by increasing the number of youth workers. Through innovative non-formal education methods, we improved the quality of youth activities. The implementation of the project in a transnational context facilitated the exchange of best practices helping other European communities to find solutions to similar problems. The general objectives addressed by our project were in line with the accreditation were: To empower young people in our community by developing social, civic and green skills. To activate the entrepreneurial potential of young people, developing entrepreneurial skills, soft skills and labor market integration skills, especially for young people with fewer opportunities and NEETs. To develop the capacity of the youth sector, the network of youth workers, the quality of youth work and the quality of non-formal education among youth organizations through the continuous training of youth workers.
