In cadrul aplicatiei pentru acreditare, am formulat 4 obiective pe care ARYAS le urmarieste pe durata delor 7 ani vizati de proiect. 1. Creșterea numărului de tineri din mediul rural beneficiari de activități nonformale de mobilitate în scop educațional. 2. Dezvoltarea și consolidarea unui comportament ecologic sustenabil și responsabil al tinerilor din grupul țintă ARYAS. 3. Dezvoltarea de parteneriate strategice cu factorii de decizie locali și regionali pentru atenuarea și rezolvarea problemelor de mediu cu care se confruntă comunitatea. 4. Dezvoltarea capacității organizaționale a asociației Atat scopul general cat si obiectivele specifice fiecarei activitati au fost gandite si formulate astfel incat sa continue intr-un mod coerent activitatea ARYAS din primul an in care am activat ca organizatie acreditata si sa conduca spre atingerea obiectivelor formulate in aplicatia de acreditare. Cele 5 activitati (3 Activitati de Dezvoltare Profesionala - 1 Training Course si doua Job Shadowing - si doua Schimburi de tineri) prevazute si implementate in aceasta etapa, au fost centrate pe doua prioritati ale programului Erasmus+: Mediul si combaterea schimbarilor climatice si Inclusiune si diversitate: EYEEA – Eco-Youth Empowerment Through Education and Action - Curs de Formare AIM: To empower youth workers to effectively integrate ecology in their youth work practice through education, networking and the development of tools and methods adapted to ecology work, leading to the creation of a sustainable and active working network of NGOs Obj: 1.Increase the knowledge and understanding of youth workers on the importance of ecology and the impact of human activities on the environment. 2.Enhance the ability of youth workers to implement sustainable practices in their youth work practice through the development of tools and methods. 3.Design a prototype for a collaborative platform for the dissemination and sharing of tools and methods adapted to ecology work. SSYGF – Sustainability Savvy: Engaging Youth for a Greener Future - Schimb de tineri Aim: To educate individuals on the impact they have on the environment and empower them to make positive changes towards a healthier and sustainable future through awareness and understanding of environmental protection measures. Obj: 1.Enhancing the comprehension of 30 young people regarding both local and global environmental challenges and their effects on communities and ecosystems. 2.Improving the awareness of 30 young people on simple, yet effective, actions they can take to protect the environment. CWYPP: Climate Watch: A youth Photography Program for Environmental Advocacy - Schimb de tineri This YE aimed to empower young people from rural and disadvantaged areas to use photography as a tool to raise awareness about the importance of preserving natural habitats in their communities and beyond. 1.To increase the knowledge and understanding of the importance of preserving natural habitats among 24 young people from rural and disadvantaged areas by the end of the program through providing them with information, training, and activities that help them understand the importance of natural habitats, the threats they are facing, and the ways to preserve them. 2.To develop the photography skills of 24 young people from rural and disadvantaged areas in order to effectively communicate the importance of preserving natural habitats through their work by providing them with training, resources, and opportunities to practice and improve their photography skills. BCJSP: Bridging Cultures: A Job Shadowing Program for Immigrant Empowerment - Job Shadowing AIM: To enhance the professional competencies and skills of Romanian professionals by enabling them to shadow Greek hosts who are experienced in working with migrants. OBJ: 1. Enable the Romanian participants to acquire in-depth knowledge and practical skills by shadowing Greek professionals who are proficient in working with migrants. 2. Facilitate a robust exchange of knowledge, experiences, and innovative practices between the Romanian participants and their Greek hosts. GIPCA: Grassroot Impact - A Job Shadowing Program for Community Action Aim: To empower participants by immersing them in grassroots community initiatives in Turkey, thereby promoting the exchange of best practices, knowledge, and skills necessary for impactful community action. OBJ: 1.Facilitate participants' exposure to community-driven initiatives and projects in Turkey, allowing them to gain valuable knowledge and insights into practical, effective strategies and methodologies that champion community empowerment and sustainable development. 2. Foster an environment where participants and hosts engage in meaningful interactions and knowledge exchanges. etc.
