The project with reference no. 2022-1-RO01-KA151-YOU-000058664 implemented in the period 01-06-2022 / 31-08-2023 is the first project that took place on the basis of Erasmus + Youth accreditation no. 2020-1-RO01-KA150 -YOU-095921. It focused on increasing the quality of the current activities of the organizations involved, addressed to young people, especially youth with fewer opportunities, in order to strengthen the personal and professional development of youth and youth workers, through non-formal and informal learning mobility activities. At the center of the project's actions was the promotion of inclusion and diversity, intercultural dialogue, values of solidarity, equal opportunities and ecology and environmental protection. Concretely, within the project, 3 activities were carried out: A1Youth exchanges - third countries not associated,,For a green Planet: ecology and environmental protection (Green Planet),, - (57 participants) – mobility during: 04.03.2023-13.03.2023; A2Professional development activities - Member States and associated countries "Multicultural Europe: Inclusion and Diversity (ID)" (52 participants)-mobility in the period: 20.04.2023–29.04.2023. A3Youth exchanges - Member States and associated countries,, The Art of Photography: Diversity and Inclusion (APDI),,-(42 participants)- mobility in the period: 01.05.2023–10.05.2023. The general objectives of the project were the following: Activity 1,,For a green Planet: ecology and environmental protection (Green Planet),, Youth exchanges: Objective 1. Increasing the quality of services in youth activities by strengthening the operational capacity of at least 3 organizations, of which 1 new organization, by participating in all project activities until 31.08. 2023. Objective 2. Improving/perfecting the personal and professional development of at least 36 young people, of which at least 60% with fewer ops from at least 3 organizations from program countries and partner countries, through non-formal and informal awareness/information activities, involvement, connection, employment and accountability, following participation in a youth exchange, in the field of ecology proposed to take place until 31.08. 2023. Objective 3. Acquiring new skills, perfecting or improving the existing ones for other young people from the community through 5 actions in the form of practical activities specific to the project (workshops, caravans, awareness campaigns, information, exhibitions, viewings) facilitated directly by the participants until 31.08. 2023. Activity 2 "Multicultural Europe: Inclusion and Diversity (ID)" (Professional development activities) Objective 1. Increasing the quality of services in youth activities by strengthening the operational capacity of at least 10 organizations, of which 2 new organizations, the professionalization of youth workers through European mobility, the identification and development of diversified, modern and innovative work strategies adapted to the needs of young people in the community with an emphasis young people with fewer opportunities until 31.08. 2023. Objective 2. Initiation/expansion/improvement of professional skills and/or exchange of good practices in working with young people, especially with reduced ops, of at least 40 youth workers from 10 organizations by participating in 1 seminar in the field of inclusion / diversity, until 31.08. 2023. Objective 3. Acquiring new skills, perfecting or improving the existing ones for at least 120 young people (80% fewer op) from the community, by holding after mobility at least 2 workshops, seminars carried out by directly participating youth workers, until 31.08. 2023. Activity 3,,The Art of Photography: Diversity and Inclusion (APDI),,Youth exchanges: Objective 1. Increasing the quality of services in youth activities by strengthening the operational capacity of at least 3 organizations, of which 1 new organization, by participating in all project activities until 31.08. 2023. Objective 2. Promotion of inclusion and diversity by at least 30 young people, of which at least 80% with reduced op from at least 3 organizations, through non-formal and informal activities to fight against discrimination, stereotypes, social exclusion, awareness/information, involvement, connection, employment and accountability, following participation in all project activities, proposed to take place until 31.08. 2023. Objective 3. Acquiring new skills, perfecting or improving the existing ones for other young people from the community through 5 actions in the form of practical activities specific to the project (workshops, information, exhibitions, viewings) facilitated directly by the young participants until 31.08. 2023.
