Through the "Communicate to include yourself" project, the young participants learned how they can develop personally, how they can focus on themselves to solve their problems. The aim of the project was to support young people in adapting their communication style in order to integrate more easily in different communities, managing to overcome certain obstacles of personality, culture or context, such as the economic one. The "Communicate to include yourself" project was a youth exchange that brought together 30 young people and 6 group leaders from 6 countries: Macedonia, Turkey, Spain, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. The objectives of the project were: 1. Improving communication skills of 30 young participants during mobility using non-formal education to facilitate self-integration. 2. Learning communication techniques by 30 young participants during mobility to integrate better in various communities. 3. Involvement of 30 young people in the life of their organization to disseminate the knowledge and techniques they learned during the youth exchange. 4. Promoting the youth opportunities of the Erasmus+ Program during mobility and during the dissemination period.
